We are an African design firm operating out of the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. Our service portfolio covers commercial and residential designs that include but are not limited to modelling, remodelling, furniture production/installations and turnkey projects. Our client base spans within and outside the African continent, with projects executed to precision, in Nigeria, Ghana, the USA and Canada.

JOB SUMMARY: As a project supervisor, you are responsible for participating in project planning, acting as a communication liaison, coordinating labour needs and training employees. You are expected to have meetings or consultation sessions with the clients to assess and understand their needs or budget for the project. You are also to facilitate the purchase and delivery of supplies needed to complete the budget, in collaboration with the supply chain/procurement manager. Additionally, you are to make sure each project is completed on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities

  • Clarify project scope and deliverables with clients
  • Coordinate capabilities, workload and resources across multiple projects
  • Establish project timelines, activities and cost estimates
  • Provide feedback to direct reports and junior team members, to ensure that work is progressing on schedule
  • Provide on-the-job training with respect to the project at hand to junior team members
  • Track projects against established schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Supervise the work of artisans, external contractors etc and give them guidance when needed
  • Prepare detailed reports on each project, to be submitted to the management
  • Hire other staff and contractors when necessary, and allocate responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to quality, health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Good team player with leadership abilities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Understanding interior design will be an added bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
